What is your jewelry made out of?
All JewelBug jewelry is made out of 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating- we only use the finest materials!
What kind of stones do you use?
All JewelBug jewelry uses the highest quality cubic zirconia, unless otherwise specified in the description or title. Other stones that we use include mother of pearl, opal, and rose quartz.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes! All JewelBug Jewelry is waterproof and tarnish resistant, making it perfect for any occasion.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To care for your jewelry, we recommend that you shine your jewelry with the jewelry polishing cloth that is provided in every order. Check out our Jewelry Care page for more info!
How many sizes do your rings come in?
All JewelBug rings are adjustable, meaning that you can bend them to be any size for the perfect fit! We do this so that our customers can have full creative freedom for how they wear our pieces.
Are your bracelets adjustable?
Yes! All JewelBug bracelets are adjustable- No more worrying about the perfect fit.
Shipping Questions
Do you accept returns and exchanges?

How long does your shipping take?
After placing your order, your jewelry has a processing time of 3 business days. Once your order has reached the post office within the processing time, shipping ranges from 3-5 days. Check out our Shipping & Returns page for more info!
How long does international shipping take?

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
